The Township of Upper Chichester Trash Fees are included with your Township taxes each year. If Township taxes are not paid in full on time to the tax collector, they become delinquent. Once the Township taxes become delinquent, the trash fees are removed from the total due and the tax portion is forwarded to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau. At that time, the delinquent Trash Fees are forwarded to MRRS, LLC for collection.
MRRS, LLC currently provides certifications, payoff statements and information for Delinquent Trash Fees in the Township of Upper Chichester for the years 2008 – 2019.
In addition, if the Township of Upper Chester has a claim against your property for Non-Emergency Abatement Fees and that claim has not been resolved and/or satisfied upon first notification by the Township, the Non-Emergency Abatements are forwarded to MRRS, LLC for collections and/or filing of a lien against the property.
The current Township of Upper Chichester Taxes, which includes the current year Trash Fees can be ascertained by contacting Peter Barz, Deputy Tax Collector at (484) 872-2061.
