PROPERTY OWNER PAYOFF STATEMENT
If the Borough or Township taxes on your property have not been paid, were paid late, you have received notice of a lien being filed against your property, received notice from or are on a payment plan with the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau it possible that delinquent trash and sewer fees and/or an abatements are due and owing on your property. MRRS, LLC will provide an owner payoff statement, once a year to the owner of a property, provided the information requested is for the property in which the owner resides. An owner payoff statement is not an official certification and cannot be used for sale of property, real estate closing, clear title transfer or refinancing of property.
CERTIFICATION REQUESTS & FEES
A Certification must be requested for the sale or refinance of a property to assure a property is clear of municipal liens for delinquent trash and sewer fees and/or nuisance liens for property abatements (Borough of Sharon Hill). A Certification is valid for 30 days from the date issued. After 30 days a new certification must be ordered.

To request a certification or owner payoff statement click on the borough or township listed below in which the property is located. A Folio/Tax ID number must be provided. If you do not have the Folio/Tax ID it can be obtained on the Delaware County Website http://www.co.delaware.pa.us . Complete the certification request form and submit. Upon receipt of payment, certifications will be forwarded in the manner requested (fax, e-mail or first class mail). Please make checks payable to MRRS, LLC and remit to P.O. Box 1391, Media, PA 19063. Proof of payment must accompany all requests for Rush Certifications before the request can be processed. A copy of check may be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
